Daylight Thanks Terms

These terms explain the rules for using Daylight Thanks and point to Apple's standard terms for App Store purchases.

Apple standard EULA

Daylight Thanks uses the Apple standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store unless a later custom agreement is provided in App Store Connect. Apple's standard EULA is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Acceptable use

Users may not use Daylight Thanks to harass others, share abusive content, impersonate people, violate intellectual property rights, or attempt to bypass safety, moderation, subscription, or account controls.

AI limitations

AI features can make mistakes and are provided for reflection support only. Daylight Thanks does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Subscriptions

Daylight Plus purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled through Apple. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
